Objective
Create a bold name and visual identity for a small-batch artisanal mezcal—something that honors Oaxaca’s mysticism while cutting through the noise of a crowded, trend-heavy spirits market. The goal: position the brand as both authentic and rebellious, the kind of drink that doesn’t just sit on a shelf, it seduces you from it.

We named it Santo Diablo—a name that walks the fine line between sacred ritual and devilish pleasure. Inspired by Mexican folklore, the label features a modern-day diablito, hand-illustrated in woodcut style, holding court over heavy, block-style typography. Two variations—monochrome and full color—were created for different distribution channels. Both turn the bottle into a statement piece.
